We coordinate and communicate with the tenants, with you, and the vendors. Protecting and maintaining your home and your investment is a top priority for us.
Vendor bills are emailed monthly with Owner Statements and are also available through our online Owner Portal.

What We Do
- Perform a move-in inspection upon occupancy and a move-out inspection upon vacating.
- Inspect the property bi-annually to ensure tenants are providing an acceptable level of upkeep and are in compliance with the terms of the lease.
- Handle calls from tenants regarding repairs and make necessary arrangements.
- 24-hour tenant emergency number.
- 24-hour voice messaging system.
- All vendors licensed, bonded and insured.
- Follow-up inspection of all major repairs.
- Any repair in excess of $500 requires prior approval of the owner.
